    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, sometimes, I wonder as I listen to the debate in this House, whether we came here to praise poverty, or whether we came here to promote investments and trade. There is too much talk about poverty. Yes, by all means, we are aware that poverty is not a very good attribute to anybody but we are over- praising poverty at the expense of other opportunities. Instead of discussing the variety of opportunities that will get our people out of poverty, we seem to have been employed in this House to praise poverty. I do not think that is why we came here. We came here to seek opportunities that will improve the living conditions of our people. That is where our minds should be."
