    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I also stand to oppose the amendment because I am of the opinion that we should not have too many officials in those committees. Even the members of the Constituencies Development Fund Committees (CDFC) were initially 17 but we had to reduce them to about eight or nine. So, I would like us to make the numbers of those committees as few as possible. I would urge that, if we are going to give that responsibility to the County Women Representatives, they should chose from the two members they are going to nominate. Thank you."
