    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I would like to support the amendment by hon. Jakoyo Midiwo with a further amendment. If we insist that the person with disability must be female, then we have a problem. We had earlier said that it is a position we can use to balance the membership of the committees and meet the condition on Regulation 15(4). If we cannot use it that way, then we do not need to have it. Therefore, I propose that we delete the words “a female” and adopt the amendment as it is."
