    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have a further amendment to this so that, if possible, we settle the issue. I am looking at recognized body for persons with disabilities. So that we do not have a tug of war between the county women Member of Parliament and the constituency Member of Parliament I propose that Regulation 15(2)(a) be further amended by providing that: One person with disability per constituency nominated by the National Council for persons with disabilities."
