"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the initial purpose of this Fund was to support the women and the youth. I am asking for inclusiveness. We have a youth representing the male and we should also have a youth representing the females. That is all I am asking because we need to include the young women in the decision-making on this Fund, so that they can own it. I urge this House to support this. The youths are watching and listening to what I am saying and will see the response of Members of Parliament. This is a request from the youth whom I get in touch with through the social media and they are watching today. I ask this House to support those young women. This will be seconded by hon. Oyugi."
