Temporary Deputy Chairman, I propose to move a further amendment to Regulation 15, “THAT, Regulation 15 be amended in Paragraph 2 by inserting the following new sub-paragraph immediately after sub-paragraph (f), “one person representing the youth, who shall be a female appointed by the constituency Member of Parliament.” That is by deleting the county women representative.” And paragraph (g), “that, at least, one third of the committee shall comprise the youth.”"
