Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, regulation 20 be amended— (a) in paragraph (1), by— (i) deleting the word “interest” and substituting therefor the words “administrative fee”; (ii) deleting the word “component”; (b) by deleting paragraph (2).
