    "content": "Sub-paragraph (iii) requires that to qualify for funding, the groups should have been registered at least for six months. I am proposing that we remove this regulation and allow that as long as the groups are registered, they qualify for funding. I am saying this because in some constituencies you may not even find a group that has been registered for one month, three months or even six months."
