    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill. This is a very important Bill because, as you are aware, the economic development of any country depends on construction; whether it is the construction of roads, buildings and so on. You sort of judge the development of any country when you go there and you see a lot of construction taking place. What this Bill is trying to do now is something dear to my heart and that is to professionalize the construction industry. If you look at other professions, be they advocates, doctors and others and you go to the neighbouring countries, you will find that this country has produced enough professionals even to serve in those countries. What is this Bill doing? One of the objectives of this Authority is to standardize and improve construction techniques and materials; accreditation and certification of skilled construction workers and construction site supervisors."
