    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we want to be in a situation where we have professional contractors in charge of the construction industry so that whatever construction takes place in this country is up to the mark. We want to be in a situation where, ultimately, we can even begin exporting constructors out of Kenya to do construction work outside Kenya. There are a number of Chinese companies which are now here and are doing a very excellent job. So, from that point of view as a professional, I support this Bill and urge that it be adopted without any delay."
