Members, the Chair is proposing an amendment, which is not on the Order, Paper to Clause 6(1)(c), on page 383, if you have the Bill which is in a photocopy form. For those who are interested, he is suggesting removal of the words “or either”, so that (c) would read, “---any other immovable and moveable property owned by both spouses and acquired during the subsistence of the marriage”."
