    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I oppose this amendment because in our contributions, we have actually been talking about the clarity of the Bill. Clause 1 is about dissolution of marriage. In Clause 2, within the marriage, if it comes about that there is a dispute--- Clause 2 and Clause 1 are different, if I am to read the English that is written here. I wish to agree with hon. Prof. Nyikal. It is about the clarity of the Bills that come here."
