    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I did request you to see that the Assistant Minister is telling the House information that is not correct. There is no farming on either side of this road. They have created a channel to bring water from higher levels under the road but they have done nothing to cater for that water. Would I be in order to request that he stops sending people? He should go with me to the site and see for himself. This Question came under Private Notice because it is important; it has to do with lives of Kenyans. May we undertake to visit the area then he will come back to the House and give the House a true position?"
