    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I second the proposed re- committal by my colleague. It is true that the backbone of this Bill is Clause 6. That is the definition of “matrimonial property”; what has been acquired during the marriage and the fate of what was acquired before the marriage. So, it is important that this clause be re- done and we get clarity on the issue."
