Members at the Bar, could you resume your seats. We are back to Committee of the whole House for re-commital of Clause 6. Remember we had amended Clause 6(1)(c) by deleting the words “or either”. Remember the amendment also to withdraw Sub-clause 4 was withdrawn by the Chair. I am just making it clear what we did on Clause 6 because we are recommitting it. We had deleted the words “or either” in Sub-clause 1(c) and there had been a proposal to delete Sub-clause 4. But the Chair withdrew that proposal. Therefore, we are waiting for the Chair to move an amendment. We are now re-committing Clause 6."
