    "content": "The sentiments expressed by hon. Sakaja who is the Chair of TNA are well founded. The only thing is that we sent out memoranda and we expected them to participate. I remember that as a Committee, we requested the Clerk to send a letter to the Centre for Multiparty Democracy (CMD) which brings together all the political parties but it is unfortunate that we never received any comments from that organization. We will make attempts to circulate the various amendments that the Committee has proposed so that we can align this Bill to the best practices of the Election Campaign Financing Bill that is found anywhere in the world."
