    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I want to support the Bill with amendments. When we were doing the amendments, we involved all the stakeholders. For example, the Commission on Implementation of the Constitution (CIC), the Independent Policing Oversight Authority, the National Police Service Commission, the Inspector-General’s office, the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, the Kenya Law Reform, the Attorney-General’s office, the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, KEPSA, the Citizen Group comprising of Katiba Institute, Kenya Human Rights Commission, Usalama Forum and others. This Bill is meant to make the police friendlier."
