Let us just be clear, Members, that the Speaker is cognisant of your concerns because you mentioned that the Speaker had asked that anybody who has constitutional issues he can raise them. So, it is good for you to know that the Speaker would not allow this particular Amendment Bill to go to the Third Reading if there were any concerns. So, after your seven minutes, if you will have convinced the Speaker, the Bill will not be allowed to go to the Third Reading. So, we will allow you the seven minutes to conclude tomorrow."
