    "content": "Pursuant to Standing Order No.42, I wish t o convey the following Message from His Excellency the President. The Message was submitted by way of a letter addressed to my office for submission to the House. In the Message, His Excellency the President conveys that in exercise of powers conferred to him by Section 6(1)(a) of the National Authority for Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse Act of 2012, he nominates Mr. John Mututho, former Member of Parliament for Naivasha and campaigner against alcohol and drug abuse as the chairperson of NACADA Board for a period of three years. His Excellency the President, therefore, seeks the approval of the House on the nominee for the appointment to the aforementioned position."
