    "content": "2. The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill (No.2) The second Bill is the one that affects counties. I want to be very clear. We have two Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bills; one of them affects the counties, therefore, it will go to both Houses. Finally, the HBC will meet on Tuesday, 12th November, 2013 at the rise of the House to consider other business for the rest of the week. I now wish to lay the Statement on the Table of the House.
