    "content": "The Committee found that this particular Commissioner lied under oath and so he is not fit to hold office in accordance with Chapter Six of the Constitution. Therefore, the Committee said that this particular report of the PIC should be tabled once it is approved. I wish to table the Report of the PIC in support of the contention of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs."
