    "content": "Having considered the provisions of Articles 73, 75, 76, 125, 161, 171, 172, 173, 245 and 251 of the Constitution, and in particular having also considered the ruling that you made in this House which categorically said:- “Indeed, as you well know, the National Assembly approves the appointment of most State officers, including Cabinet Secretaries. Does it, therefore, not follow that the Secretaries would know that the same House retains the power of removing them from office for contempt, insubordination and lack of courtesy?”"
