Nyamweya to mislead this House that the JSC did not approve this and yet he has seen the minutes which are dated 21st January, 2013? The meeting was chaired by the Chief Justice who is the Chair of the JSC. It is reported under Minute No.2 on Resubmission of Proposed Leasing and Occupation of Elgon Court place premises by the Court of Appeal."
