I am happy to contribute to this debate and I am one of those people who actually come into this Legislature in this new term having been elected by the good people of Nyeri County. Not very long ago, I appeared before the courts and not very long ago, I appeared actually when the courts were not reformed and when the courts have been reformed. I really want to say that I support the judicial reforms going on and the gains that have been achieved, especially the pro-poor access to justice that is led by the Chief Justice, Dr. Willy Mutunga."
