    "content": "Hon. Speaker, one of the problems that we have is vested interests that are sometimes stressed more than the issue on the table. The issue on the table here is the petition that was brought to us and, therefore, we had to confine ourselves to the petition; but there are people who are trying to extrapolate the report. That is to bring in issues that were not before the Committee. So, this Committee’s report is specifically addressing itself to the petition that was brought to us."
