    "content": "When you have a situation where the independence of the Judiciary becomes a license to defraud, steal, misappropriate and misallocate funds belonging to Kenyans then we are in a sorry state of affairs. Nobody is above the law in this country up to, and including His Excellency the President and His Excellency the Deputy President. They both can be impeached by this Parliament. I want to kindly tell my colleagues, who are opposing - of course they have a right to oppose - that let us not block any form of investigation. If you do this then you are telling a good story that something is being hidden."
