Members, I may wish again to continually remind ourselves that in Parliament we do not always make decisions by the fact of contributions; it is not possible for all of us to contribute to any one Motion on a given day. So, there comes a time when you must make your decision in the usual manner, not necessarily by having to stand to say what you must say. As we agreed, we cannot all have time to speak. Yesterday, some of you contributed and today others have contributed. It comes a time when we must make some decision. The decision is that I will put the Question that the Mover be called upon to reply."
