    "content": "believe and trust that if this Bill becomes law the next election will be manageable. It will be easier to conduct elections, and most of us will be in a position to come back. This Parliament does not have much money now that there is taxation sanctioned by the Constitution and the reduction of salaries that was proposed by Serem and her Commission. We do not have a lot of money to spend. This is a very good law that will favour us and will not discriminate against those who are out there working hard to oust us. I ask all Members to see this as a friendly law. We should pass it, so that the President assents to it and then we will have discipline, accountability, transparency and integrity in our future campaigns. I support."
