    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to thank the Vice-Chair for his attempt to give the Statement sought by hon. Wekesa. When hon. Wekesa sought his Statement, he specifically talked about Trans Nzoia. In his reply, the Vice-Chair never narrowed down to Trans Nzoia, especially in terms of the number of the IDPs. Instead he went ahead to give us IDPs in the provinces and yet provinces do not exist in the current Constitution. What exists now are the counties."
