    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to seek clarification in relation to cash payment. The Vice-Chairman of the Committee has indicated that the IDPs were paid cash. We know that when money is paid in cash, there are chances that the money might be used for other purposes. So, is there a mechanism the Government has put in place to ensure that the money paid out to the IDPs is monitored, and that actually land is bought to avoid a situation where these IDPs remain where they are forever?
