Mulu, I was saying that the Government is not actually forcing the people who have been given the Kshs400,000 to buy land. With Kshs400,000, you can start a livelihood. If you are a farmer, you can buy a piece of land. If you want to start a business, you can do so. That is why the Government decided that rather wait until we get land, we give people Kshs400,000, so that they can have a new beginning. So, it is not a must that they buy land.
