Temporary Deputy Speaker, it may not be obvious but, apart from the former Rift Valley Province and the former Central Province, the area which suffered the biggest brand of IDPs is the former Nyanza Province. Those matters have not been coming out even when we come to compensation. Unfortunately, most of our IDPs were classified as either integrated IDPs or returnees. Those of us from that part of the country feel that the Government has badly been discriminating against IDPs in that area, particularly, the returnees. Since 2008, we have been submitting lists of people who returned.
