    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am getting a bit concerned with the increasing Government’s sensitivity against the NGOs. I need clarification on what I have already heard. I have heard the Vice-Chairman of the Committee say that NGOs were interfering with the resettlement programme. Can he clarify how they were doing it? As far as I am concerned, it is very important for us not to become over-sensitive about NGOs, particularly when they agitate for fairness."
