    "content": "Those are people who were squatting in a forest and the Jubilee Government is alive to the matter. Actually, we have seen title deeds being issued. I think they have started in the right way of resettling--- In fact, it is settling and not resettling because they have never been settled. The Government is trying to settle squatters.
