    "content": "Hon. Speaker, there is an issue that is being taken lightly and it is a major issue. This is the issue of Integrated IDPs. We need a proper policy from the Government. This is the origin of the two kinds of IDPs: When we had the problem, I was there on the ground. Those people, particularly from Western Kenya, many of them preferred not to be in the camps and went to their homes. They were actually asking for transport.
