    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, from the very onset, I want to reiterate that the Government does not tolerate extra-judicial killings. Indeed, any Government officer found guilty of not upholding and respecting human rights as enshrined in the Constitution - which we promulgated in the year 2010 - will be held accountable for his or her actions However, the above mentioned persons have faced their deaths in different circumstances which are under investigations."
