    "content": "the police as raised by hon. Ndegwa of Lamu West, this is an issue that is being addressed by the Police Service Commission (Amendment) Bill, which will be tabled today or tomorrow. We will also have the National Police Service (Amendment) Bill, which is meant to address all the systemic failures within the Police Force. I want hon. Members to participate and give recommendations or amendments, when the Bill comes up for debate. Lastly, I want to confirm to hon. Nassir that the issue of the three missing people will be addressed by the Committee. However, on the issue of the two pastors, the Leader of the Majority Party accepted that he will bring the report to Parliament. We want to demand that thorough investigations are done before the report is brought to the Committee. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
