The prices of textbooks have gone up by between 50 per cent and 100 per cent. Some have gone up by about 300 per cent. The Government should come up with a way of setting standard prices which will not be increased by the publishers whenever they feel they need to make more money out of the school children. With those remarks, I beg to support. Since the hon. Member is not here, I will propose those amendments to him. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
