    "content": "Without this increase, a lot of students also drop out because they have no motivation to go to school because there are no facilities. The money that is supposed to buy books or desks is too little and so they sit on stones or they learn under trees. So, the learning environment is very harsh for them. It is not motivating. The more we increase the capitation, the better for our students. I support this very highly and I believe that more students will access school."
