    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am rising to support this timely Motion. It is very unfortunate that we are talking about violence against women. Kenya is a country that the whole region is proud of. It is very unfortunate that even after we passed a new Constitution and we have a lot of legal instruments that take care of women and children in this country, we are still talking about the rising incidents of violence against women in this country. It is very unfortunate that as country we have a problem with the enforcement of laws. We have a lot of laws in this country but we have very poor enforcement agencies. It is high time we compelled our counties to ensure that in The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
