    "content": "We have had so many of them go to court. On the standards of establishing whether a rape was committed or not, we have some stone-age standards. For example, medical practitioners will say that the hymen did not seem to have been broken in the recent past. I do not know whether that justifies that particular rape at that time. It could be that the hymen was broken sometime back by another rapist and then another rapist adds onto the injury that was caused before."
