    "content": "So, as I support this Motion, and being cognisant of the need of other people to contribute, I would urge Mheshimiwa Fatuma that maybe we follow it up with reinforcing the law that is there. We have a law maybe on statutory rape where any person having sex with a minor will have to face the full consequences of the law. In the past, people who defiled minors got lighter sentences.
