Speaker, in as much as I agree with the sentiments of the speaker to deliver the response in two weeks’ time, I would also wish to inform the chairperson that the issue of security is a national function and more than three times I have had contact with the Governor of Turkana over the same issue. He is not willing to resolve the two issues since he says security is not a county function; so we get stranded when it gets there and the only place we can seek redress is this Assembly, through you. Thank you"
