"content": "On a point of order, hon. Speaker, Sir. Hon. Mbadi has indicated that the change of signatories in the title deeds will cause confusion to the industry, especially in the banking industry. Is it in order for him to mislead the House that there were some titles that were signed by a different person from the person who normally signs? Mr. Kahuho, who was appointed to sign is my constituent and I have talked to him and he has told me that he did not sign a single title deed. So, there was no confusion in that industry."
