    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I am talking about the near pandemonium that was created by my proposed amendment. If you look at page 10 of the Report--- I will just read some two paragraphs; it says that:- “The Committee observed that the Gazette Notice was unconstitutional and, therefore, null and void. It is the Committee’s view that the Cabinet Secretary ultimately revoked the Notice on realisation of its unconstitutionality”."
