    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the hon. Member to mislead the Members of this august House that it is not the work of these Members to make decisions for the Executive when he knows that it is the constitutional responsibility of Members of this august House to interrogate the effectiveness of the decisions made by the Executive? That is exactly what this report attempts to do. I would like him to withdraw the remarks that these Members of Parliament are making--- This is because that is a very dangerous statement. We are not making decisions for the Executive. We are interrogating the effectiveness and how lawful the decisions by the Executive are and that is what is before the House."
