Speaker, this report does not also appreciate the corrective measures that the Cabinet Secretary took after realising the mistake she had made, just like any other human being will do; she took corrective measures. This report has also leveled a number of accusations against the Cabinet Secretary, that she has disregarded the Principal Secretary in doing the appointments, yet in the Constitution, the Cabinet Secretary is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the Ministry. I think the role of the CEO of the Ministry really should have been recognised."
