    "content": "So, we then divide the House into those who cannot speak their minds and those who are afraid. Now, from the issue here, it is obvious that the Constitution and the laws were violated. That is true and it is in the report. Therefore, I support the report but nowhere in this report is it indicated that after that is said, Charity Ngilu should be sacked. I think that so long as we Members of Parliament do not come out and speak plainly and in a simple manner, we shall be a disappointment to this nation and we shall also remain to a large extent a disappointment to the people of Africa and to the race of black people because we confuse issues.
