    "content": "He cites the following facts in filing the petition:- “That the aforesaid members of the Judicial Service Commission, who are members of the Finance and Administration Sub-committee of the Judicial Service Commission, by purporting to issue instructions to the Kenya Police, seriously violated the Constitution by breaching Article 245(4) of the Constitution, which says that no person may give directions to the Inspector-General with respect to the investigation of any particular office or offences. They breached the Constitution by interfering with investigations through directing the police not to arrest and charge persons suspected to have pilfered Kshs72 million from the Judiciary.”"
