Perhaps, we can liaise with the Member; go to the Department Committee on Agriculture and consult the relevant agency on emergency intervention, so that we can have a quick solution, rather than subjecting ourselves to detailed committee meetings that will be very bureaucratic. I volunteer tomorrow, the first thing in the morning to liaise with the committee leadership. Tomorrow morning, we can take the Member to the concerned department and seek quick intervention; this will be tomorrow in the morning by 8.00am as the offices open."
